Thank you for this very informative post. Yes, every time we leave the front door we are on a camera somewhere. So, to stop all the 'spying' I'm changing my behaviours drastically. I've followed the advice on these pages and upgraded our IT security also very drastically.

Because of the nonsense spewed by AI it is not accepted at all on any of our devices.

As a final touch, I only 'check in' on the computer and smartphone at various times. The rest of the time it's switched off.
